These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://anicebite.com and any purchases made from A Nice Bite (“A Nice Bite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete, accurate, and current and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products and Availability
A Nice Bite sells freshly baked, made-to-order, perishable food products.
All products, flavors, ingredients, box sizes, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Because our cookies are handmade, reasonable variations may occur in appearance, shape, color, size, decoration, texture, and ingredient distribution. Product photographs are provided for general illustration and may not represent the exact appearance of every cookie.
Ingredients, Allergens, and Food Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, ingredient information, allergen disclosures, and food-handling instructions before ordering or consuming our products.
Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common food allergens. Cross-contact may occur because products are prepared in a kitchen that handles multiple allergens.
Do not consume a product if you have concerns about its ingredients, allergens, individual packaging, condition, or safety.
This product was produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department.

Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill it. An order is accepted after payment authorization and confirmation that we can prepare and fulfill the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or refund an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, payment problems, delivery limitations, or an inability to fulfill the order safely or properly.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Changes and Cancellations
Because our products are freshly baked and made to order, requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once preparation, baking, packaging, or shipping has begun.
Contact us as soon as possible at anicebites@gmail.com if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will review the request based on the order’s current fulfillment status.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order-related charges will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors made available through our checkout. Those providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, apartment or unit number, and contact information during checkout.
Processing, shipping, and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our direct control may affect delivery.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery events may occur outside our direct control. Reporting a delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable shipment does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Returns and Refunds
Because our cookies are freshly baked, made to order, and perishable, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
All sales are final except for verified incorrect or missing items, qualifying fulfillment problems, approved shipping claims, or circumstances in which a refund is required by applicable law.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an an item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at anicebites@gmail.com. Keep the products, shipping box, shipping label, and all packaging materials while the issue is reviewed.

Customer Accounts
You may be permitted to create an account to view orders, save information, or make future checkout easier.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these terms.
Acceptable Use of the Website
You may not use this website to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
